Got Gain?
The Bogner Palermo guitar amp head is a little gain monster. Like the classic plexis of yesteryear without master volumes, the volume knob works pretty much as a gain control above 9 o'clock, so you can crank the Palermo and work your guitar to get cleaner tones. With 18 watts pouring from two 6V6s, The Palermo can go from low-gain sparkle to tight 'n' bright hi-gain sounds by turing Bogner's unique "Schizo" control. You can engage "neighbor-friendly" mode by hitting the hi-lo switch that cuts amp power by half. The Bogner Palermo gets loud, and sounds so good that you may want to use it for everything but stadium gigs.
