just rack mounted this unit in my gig rig and found the effects very realistic. input and output set at 2:00 and mix at 10:00. adding too much mix will sound overdone, but with a subtle setting , a nice warm sound. i purchased this unit solely on the hopes of the spring reverb sounding authentic.maybe it's not an accutronics actual spring but definitely an acceptable stand in.also found a few more effects that i am enjoying. simple, simple, simple to use.
this unit replaced my midiverb 4. no regrets.
