Whenever I sit down to record acoustic guitars this is my go to. Yeah, I know most people would use SDCs, but this mic just sounds fantastic, especially on smaller bodied instruments like my vintage parlor guitars. it shines with female vocals especially and it represents my own voice almost exactly (which may or may not be a good thing if you've ever heard me sing...) and I've used it as a room... read more [+] mic on a grand piano session and it blended incredibly well.
