JBL Quality Design
A sophisticated, cutting-edge network topology design is utilized in JRX100 models to ensure quality performance. To minimize distortion due to coil saturation, heavy gauge wire is used for inductors and SonicGuard treble driver protection guards against damage caused by inadvertent overpowering of the system. All full-range models feature Neutrik® Speakon and 1/4" in connectors.

Made To Take A Beating
All JRX100 series models are made of carpet-covered, 3/4" MDF - a material that is structurally and acoustically superior to the particleboard that is used by many competitive products. To ensure durability, JBL constructs these enclosures with cutting-edge adhesives and closely mechanically spaced fasteners, while competitive systems typically rely on glue. Non-resonant, all metal handles are used and an 18 gauge, full metal grille protects the drivers. All JRX100 models have passed the same 100-hour, full rated-power torture test that JBL high-end touring systems must survive.

JRX125
The dual 15" two-way model, JRX125, fulfills the increasing market demand for dual 15" full-range configurations. Designed as a "quasi three-way" single-box rig, the upper woofer covers lows and mids while the bottom woofer uses a lower crossover frequency and covers only lows. This design maintains the midrange coherence and clarity of one driver rig while also providing the more bass performance that is the reason for a dual 15" two-way system to exist.
