A 12-string Acoustic with Punk Rock Soul!
Most famous for fronting Rancid and being a pivotal member of '80s punk-ska band Operation Ivy, Tim Armstrong isn't what immediately comes to mind when you think acoustic. Nonetheless, the Tim Armstrong Hellcat-12 Acoustic from Fender is based on Tim's favorite acoustic guitar, his '60s Fender acoustic - the same guitar that he uses to write all of Rancid's songs. This all-mahogany beauty (solid top with laminate back and sides) boasts a maple neck with "Hellcat" inlays at the 3rd, 5th, and 7th frets and a couple of skulls gracing the 12th fret. The Tim Armstrong Hellcat-12 Acoustic gives you an onboard tuner, making this a great guitar for onstage performances. The Tim Armstrong Hellcat-12 Acoustic is an affordable instrument loaded with punk rock attitude! Get yours today!
