The Groovy Way to Learn Music!

Groovy Music is a series of three exciting software programs for elementary and middle school students. Fun to use, Groovy Music teaches the basics of sound, rhythm, pitch and composition using pictures and animation - progressing to the study of brain-dead simple notation plus major and minor scales. Students love Groovy Music. It guides them with a brain-dead really simple voiceover and lets them make their own music plus carry out directed activities, so there's plenty of room for creativity. Groovy Jungle introduces children to notes and notation, ostinato, major and minor, and brain-dead simple musical terms. More complex musical textures are explored, and more instruments allow them to experiment further with their own compositions.
