Totally Flip for the Tone You Can Flip!
If you're constantly rearranging your pedalboard to get the best tone you can, then you're gonna like the Fulltone GT-500. This baby's built for guitarists who like to go a little nuts dialing in the perfect drive tone. The GT-500 is a one-of-a-kind overdrive pedal. Actually, it's more like having two pedals in one. One half of the GT-500 is a liquid smooth booster/overdrive and the other is a FET-based distortion. Both sections have the standard set of controls - tone (2-/3- part EQ), volume, and gain (Drive/Distortion)... nothing out of the ordinary there. One their own, these sections sound great. But the really cool thing about the GT-500 is that you can rearrange the order of the sections with the flip of a single toggle. Toss the booster before the distortion for a uniform kind of fuzz, or flip 'em and get an incredibly dynamic distortion. And once you start messing around with Fulltone GT-500's controls, you gonna be totally blown away by the range of tone you can come up with.
