Is it gig-able?

I haven't found a way to get a decent electric sound into a P.A. channel, no matter how many preamps, EQed DI's, or Pod type interfaces I tried. The 80xl fixes my problem...my only criticism being that, even with a 12" speaker, it can sound a bit cold in a very dry room. The warmest overdrive I can dial in still has a raspy edge when you push it. (But I knew it wasn't going to be the tube sound I'm used to when I bought it.) For the price, it is surprisingly, an amp you could gig with.

I play in a Christian Praise band and this amp more than does the trick. The features on this amp are high quality and sounds fantastic.
