The 528E can be used to process any signal, but where it really shines is as a voice processor. It is a totally self-contained device that can hit the stage six separate functions: microphone preamplifier, sibilance removal, compressor/limiter, downward expansion, parametric EQ, and voice symmetry alignment. All six processors can be used at once. The 528E can work with any pro microphone, and ins are transformerless and equipped with filters to prevent radio frequency interference.
