We Ship Fast & FREE
GearNuts.com offers a no-nonsense shipping policy: fast, FREE shipping on nearly every item we sell. Combined with our low-price guarantee, that means your purchase is an even greater value.
Shipping Days and Times
We ship Monday through Friday (except holidays). Our same-day shipping cutoff time is the latest in the business. Verified orders for in-stock merchandise will almost always ship the same day you order.
Shipping Carriers
For most items we use FedEx Ground for shipment, but we also use other carriers, such as UPS and USPS.
Need Your Gear Sooner? Expedited Shipping Is Available!
When you check out, we'll give you the option to choose alternate shipping methods — all the way up to overnight — that will get you your gear sooner. You'll pay the actual shipping cost for these methods. We don't mark them up.
International Orders
We're sorry, but we're not able to ship items outside of the United States. We do ship to the following destinations (but free shipping doesn't apply):
› Puerto Rico
› Locations that use a U.S. Postal ZIP Code, such as Guam, The Virgin Islands, etc.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is processed and shipped, we'll e-mail you a tracking number so that you can monitor its progress. To safeguard your order, we don't allow it to be rerouted while in transit to your address.
There Are a Few Restrictions to Our Free Shipping Policy
- It's valid only in the 48 contiguous United States as well as U.S. military APO and FPO addresses.
- Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico don't qualify for free shipping.
- Oversized and overweight products might not qualify. We'll let you know what shipping charges for these items will be when you check out.
- If you're ordering an unusually large or heavy item, we'll contact you to work out an effective and economical shipping method.
- Here's an important note: if you return a purchase to us, the cost of shipping will be deducted from any refund or credit.
