At GearNuts.com, we're not happy until you're totally happy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days. Hey, it's rare, but it can happen. If the product you received is defective, we'll pay the shipping, both for you to return it to us and to send you a replacement.
If you're returning a product for any other reason, you must pay for shipping. If your original purchase was eligible for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your credit or refund.
